Formative Evaluation

My two partners and I performed a formative evaluation for the Observing with NASA program at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. The program allows the public free use of their robotic telescopes to take pictures of astronomical bodies.

The formative evaluation looked at the video tutorials teaching users how to use the telescope and how to edit their images to gauge their effectiveness. I created a survey and administered a think aloud protocol.
